The Cooperative Baptist Fellowship’s Ministerial Transitions team believes that ministers and churches thrive together. As ministers seek vocational calls and churches search for ministers, CBF Ministerial Transitions invites the Fellowship’s network into collaborative work with God’s Spirit guiding these calls.

In 2016 CBF formed a Clergy Sexual Misconduct Task Force, in partnership with Baptist Women in Ministry, to focus on the prevention of abuse in our churches. CBF promotes a culture of calling by nurturing women and men in ministry from their initial experiences in congregational or missions work through seminary and their first years of full-time service and into a lifetime of service to Christ.
